8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Account Closure by the Player

You may close your gk222com account at any time by contacting our support team at support@gk222com with a written closure request. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any active bonus balance subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

8.2 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or financial transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 calendar months. gk222com will notify you by email at least 30 days before applying an inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per month to the dormant account balance. gk222com will continue to apply this fee until the account balance reaches zero or until the account is reactivated by the player logging in. If your account balance reaches zero as a result of inactivity fees, the account will be closed. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your gk222com account at least once every 12 months.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your gk222com account for any reason, your right to access and use the platform ceases immediately. Any outstanding wagers placed prior to account closure will be settled in accordance with normal settlement rules, and any resulting winnings (where the account was closed voluntarily by the player rather than for breach) will be paid to your registered withdrawal method. gk222com's obligations to you in connection with your account are discharged upon payment of any legitimate outstanding balance.
